Home Depot clearance follows a markdown schedule: 1st markdown, 2nd markdown, final markdown, and penny deals. We detect which stage each product is at based on pricing patterns and cents-ending codes, helping you decide when to buy and when to wait for deeper discounts.
We compare the same product across multiple store locations. When one store has a significantly lower retail price than others, we flag it as a potential price error. These are often the best deals available.
